The pool is not working, the area is dirty. The staff refused the reservation and, when asked to confirm this in writing so that the money from the T-bank would be returned, they simply said: "No, because I don't want to." At first glance, polite people, but absolutely without any empathy, as experience shows. I do not recommend this place at least for booking online. I sat in the lobby with a fever and cough for three hours while an employee was having lunch right in front of me. Overbooking, everything is booked, but Internet services allow you to pay for the room, and the hotel does not give the money back.

When you see the name of this hotel, immediately scroll down. I don't recommend it, that's putting it mildly. The four stars there were probably painted by the owners themselves. This is a guest house. The room is furnished with only beds, a desk and a chair. There's not even a TV. There are traces of defects after the repair. Bed linen is a separate topic. Breakfast is only available on request. Despite the fact that the hotel is located next to the airport, breakfast was not prepared for us at 08:00. They said that in Armenia breakfast is at nine and at 10. No one came to see us off in the morning either. The keys were left on the bar. Draw your own conclusions and decide for yourself.

The water from the shower goes to the entire bathroom because there are no partitions. For 16,000 rubles, it should be much better. The price is unjustified. With this location, your hotel can be packed every day if the price is lowered. My friend and I spent the same night and it felt like we were the only guests there, so it's not surprising.

We stayed for one night for a transfer in April, one of the advantages is that it's close to the airport and the house itself is not bad. The rest is frozen at night, there is no heating, the room needs to be repaired, there is never anyone at the reception, the breakfasts are the same name

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the airport, a 10-minute walk away. The bed is very hard, you sleep like on planks, the bedding is synthetic. Getting enough sleep is not realistic. The smell from the sewer.

Beautiful hotel! Lots of antique furniture , a chandelier and mirrors from the 19th century . And very close to the airport! 5 minutes.
