I stayed for 3 nights. I liked the hotel. The level is good, Russian-speaking, responsive staff. It was cool - the heaters were brought promptly. Located on a mountain. It's not very convenient to walk from the city uphill - I took a taxi to the hotel. Delicious coffee in the bar, good breakfasts.

classic hotel perfect 👍 I recommend it to be clean and cozy , the staff is polite, they speak Russian , the location is good, there is a cable car and a park nearby......

Clean and tidy, the breakfast is Swedish, everything is delicious. The staff is Russian-speaking, everyone is polite. Cleaning is all as expected. They provide a crib and playpen for toddlers. The view is beautiful. Parks and squares are accessible. But it doesn't look like 5 stars, compared to other 5 ⭐️ hotels. There was no heating anymore, the room was cold, the air conditioner was not working for heat, we were provided with an oil heater, which saved the situation. Water was leaking from under the tub on the first day, it was pouring on the fourth day, they didn't even drain the tub, everyone would have floated away)
