Good hotel in cozy place. The staff was friendly, good breakfast, good spa space. But room a little bit is worn out.

We were here with our daughter in December 2024. By the time we arrived, everyone knew that I was a mom. It's so pleasant, so captivating. I would even say 5+ service, the kitchen is amazing, special thanks to the chef of the hotel. And also to each of those who made our little vacation in this wonderful place a success.
The hotel has thought out everything to the smallest detail, taking care of every visitor.
The pool, the water in it is very, very!!!
I also really liked the pool itself - small, clean and cozy.
A small remark. Of course, I don't know, maybe it should be that the outdoor pool is not heated, but in the neighboring Frushka mountain there is the same outdoor heated pool. But it's nice and unusual when you're in a pool with warm water in the open air, and at this time it's cool outside)

I liked everything. The breakfasts and dinners are very high quality. The room is a little tired. The SPA consists of two pools and a small sauna complex. Free entrance to the movenpick thermo hotel. There are gorgeous views and a huge entertainment complex.

We spent a great weekend at Premier Aqua, we recommend it! The hotel has an atmosphere of peace and chill.
The pools have thermal water with a temperature of about 31°C, ideal for relaxation. There is a hydro massage in the pools. The spa area includes a Finnish sauna, a Russian bath, a hammam, a salt room and an infrared cabin. The bath could have been hotter, but it's still normal)
The room is spacious, clean, and pretty. The breakfast is amazing.
But the main thing is impeccable service, which begins with a welcome drink and is felt throughout the rest, manifested in small (but pleasant) details.

The hotel is super! Swimming pool, saunas, SPA - everything is fine. The staff is very nice, the restaurant is just above all praise 👍🏻

A quiet, peaceful place to climb the serpentine by car, soak up the outdoor thermal pool and sunbathe on the sun loungers. It is better to book in advance.
