Advantages:
1. Excellent location 100 meters from the historical center of Mtskheta. There is everything you need nearby.
2. Gorgeous view from the terrace of the cathedral.
3. Super friendly, showering and hospitable hostess. And thanks for the Wine!)
4. Parking in the courtyard, the courtyard itself is very cozy, it's nice to sit at a table in the gazebo in the evening. The child was delighted with the children's pool.
5. It is possible to wash (for an additional fee). You can also use the summer kitchen to prepare breakfast, for example.
A small minus: The room on the 1st floor is stuffy in summer. Plus, since there is a courtyard right under the window, if you do not close the windows, it is quite noisy: children run around, adults communicate loudly. Probably there is no such problem in the rooms on the 3rd floor.

a good mini-hotel with reasonable prices. The hostess is a pleasant woman, speaks excellent Russian. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have a shared balcony overlooking the Orthodox church. there are tables, sofas, a kettle, a microwave on the balcony. on the ground floor there is a bakery with delicious shorty.

A friendly hostess, cleanliness and comfort for a reasonable fee. We were tired from the road, we asked for wine, cheese, bread. Everything is there, probably the best view of the temple from the terrace. I recommend it!

Excellent location, on the second floor there is a balcony with amazing views of Svetitskhoveli and the mountains, here you can sit with a cup of tea/ coffee in the morning and enjoy the view, the sun and life :)
The rooms have their own toilet and shower, there is Wi-Fi. Beautiful courtyard :)

In general, it is very difficult to evaluate something in Georgia, because you will always get to know wonderful people who will definitely cover up any shortcomings of such places.
The place itself is very affordable, it feels like I went to visit my grandmother in the village. Very hospitable, in the morning they will pour coffee and offer something to go with it.
