A magnificent hotel with a beautiful beach! There are not always enough umbrellas at the sun loungers, but this issue is solved by contacting the hotel staff. We rested in the season when the current brings a lot of brown algae, but it was in this hotel that the water and the beach were the cleanest and there were no algae at all, although many tourists vacationing in other areas of Cancun complained about the huge number of sargasses. The rooms in the hotel are large and cozy, there is a mini bar (if you can call it that), replenished daily. A box was brought to the mini-bar upon check-in!!! beer, and there was also a bottle of tequila, a bottle of vodka, a bottle of rum and whiskey in the room, if necessary, supplies are replenished free of charge. We had an all-inclusive vacation - the restaurant offers a huge range of food for breakfast/lunch/dinner, and served red and black caviar several times a week. Several restaurants are available throughout the day, you can have a snack at any time, as well as a cafe with delicious coffee and desserts in the lobby. A magnificent hotel with excellent service! The beach is patrolled by armed guards.

A very cool hotel! I liked everything! The service is at the highest level, they will come ten times, they will ask for everything, they will bring everything. We were greeted with champagne, which was very pleasant! Beautiful hotel infrastructure, large swimming pools, spacious rooms. Very tasty food!
