Nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Local resident Sam, who will meet you at the entrance to the beach, will solve all problems and organize excursions. Strong waves and currents spoil the experience. The currents are directed into the ocean. There is no hope for rescuers. Signs warn about this when going to the beach. But Sam, for a meager fee, will take you by tuk-tuk to a safe beach where you can swim a lot. The second problem is that the rooms are quite cold. The floor is very cold. As soon as you take out the card when leaving the room, the air conditioner switches to automatic control and all the settings are set sideways. Overall, the holiday experience is very good

There are a lot of them and when you want to soak up by the pool, it is impossible to relax because of the constant cawing. At least you can turn on the music so that you can't hear them. I'm lowering the star for the fact that the early breakfast is disgusting: 2 packs of sweet cookies, crackers with cheese and water. For this level of hotel, it's just a shame, not breakfast, but a dump. The DJ at the club is a very unpleasant type, he did not include any of the songs that we asked for, although it is strange to refuse visitors at the hotel.

If you are going to this hotel, as in 5*, then forget about it. A solid three is waiting for you! There will be no bathrobes, slippers, ear sticks, cotton pads and dental supplies in the room. Cheap shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all that awaits you. The rooms are cleaned daily and generally not bad. But these wonderful people will forget to change towels, add tea, bring water. Just forget. It is impossible to be angry with them. The mentality is like this. There are several pools and they are large. There are enough sun beds, towels are clean. The pools simply do not have service. At best, the used glasses will be removed. For drinks, you have to go to the bar yourself. And behind the ashtray. There is nowhere to go for snacks:) they just don't exist. Only breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is on schedule, like in a sanatorium. The food in the restaurants is varied, but seafood is indulged only for dinner and not often. But you won't be hungry for sure. Alcohol in the bar raises questions. The bottles are very "lived". There is a feeling that alcohol is poured into them daily. There is simply no habitual wall with bottles. Consumables somewhere under the counter is everything. The ocean regularly storms. Falling asleep to this sound is fine, but it's impossible to swim. You have to come to the SPA with cash, there is no question of any appointment to the room with payment at the reception. Evening annimation at the level of amateur performance, but very sincere. Live music, recognizable melodies. People are dancing. As a result: it is not worth flying here for the service and the ocean. You will arrive at a three-star hotel with nice rooms and a raging ocean.

We had a rest in November 2022, the hotel and the service were very pleasant. In Sri Lanka for the second time, we were in Vietnam, India, Thailand, but this hotel was pleasantly surprised. We went with a guide by bus on an excursion, for the whole day. I really liked the elephant nursery, waterfalls, monkeys, tea plantations and a train ride over the arch bridge. We went for a massage, they do it very well, although we were in Vietnam and in Thailand, but here it's just super. Walk along the beach, to the right to the rocks. I gave it 2 stars.We rested from February 11 to 22, 2024.on the last day, my stole was stolen in the morning.and in the evening, an engagement ring was stolen.we packed our bags and left the room for literally an hour to visit our friends in their room.I forgot to put it in the safe.They came back and there was no ring.We went down to the reception.They reported him missing.There are no shock cameras on the corridors.The police are not being called.Anyhow, the tour is just zero representatives of two ladies.I remember one named Olesya.It feels like they're not answering their phones for one thing.We had to take a taxi at our own expense to the tourist police to write statements.in the morning we arrived at their place, to which the police said you had arrived in the wrong place, you should have gone through the hotel area.in hotels, we insisted on removing electronic keys from the door, which showed that their representative of the hotel came into our room for 3 minutes.after these printouts, everything disappeared.at the reception, we were told that the hotel administration is not responsible for things even stored in the room in the safe.in addition, hand them over to the safe at the hotel.According to reviews, we read that vacationers lost money from the safe in the rooms and at the hotels in the safe.A terrible sediment from the rest, we travel a lot when there was no rudeness.Please be careful when staying in this hotel.

We had a vacation in Sri Lanka in late November - early December 2022. A worthy place! The staff at the hotel is very polite, the food is good. Lovely pools and nice rooms. The ocean is a bit noisy, but it only made it better for us who love the wave. Of the disadvantages, except that lunch boxes (2 bananas, a bottle of water and cookies), so if you are going on an excursion, it is better to take care of breakfast additionally. For those who want to swim in calm water, tuktukers will help, take them, wait and all this for a penny.
