The hotel is located in the old part of the city. Small, but cozy. No insects. Clear.
There are dozens of cafes and shops nearby. It is quite suitable to spend the night. I was impressed by the fact that you can smoke everywhere in the hotel)
The University or Vezneciler metro station is almost two minutes away. In the subway, you need to go down by elevator, and not like we have on the escalator. But it's quite possible to figure it out for yourself. It is better to buy a red transport card. Using the metro, you can get to the new part of Istanbul very quickly.
As for all the significant sights of the old part, they are within walking distance from the hotel.

A normal hotel, always cleaned, everything is nearby, but it is better to shop in other areas where there are shopping centers. Near the Hagia Sophia Mosque

I lived with my daughter for 5 days. The feeling is negative. We lived on the 6th floor in room 605. Now for the points: 1. Next to the room there is a STEEP staircase down (spiral with narrow steps) and an exit to the roof (the staircase is wooden and you can hear very well in the room if someone goes upstairs). 2. The toilet door is sliding, but God help it, but it was broken (our team occupied 6 rooms in the hotel), so there was a problem with the door in four rooms! 3. We woke up in the morning to the sound of pigeons' beaks on the glass, it turns out that this is their norm in the hotel. 4. The elevator is small for two people and a suitcase is two. You have to wait a long time for your turn to get up. 5. There is no breakfast, there is actually only one name. Bottom line: the hotel is extremely uncomfortable, if there is an opportunity to bypass it, do it and you will not regret it)))
