Good view from the window and relatively convenient location, close to a pedestrian street and metro. But there are minor flaws in the room and not very sound insulation.

One of the advantages is the excellent location and proximity to the metro.
In the evening it is noisy from the nearby bars.
One of the disadvantages is breakfast.

I don't know how the hotel is, I didn't live there. A charming restaurant attached to it. The waiter speaks Russian, Georgian. The food is delicious. The price tag is 2000 rubles with beer per person. And there are few people, even during rush hour. A great place - the only one where you've been twice.
