Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, simple rooms. Sauna and swimming pool are a separate song. The norm. In general, I recommend it.

The service is cool, there is a swimming pool, decent breakfasts, friendly staff, but it's very noisy in the corridor when you sit in the room, you can hear people talking on the phone in the corridor, how guests are settling in, all the conversations, you wake up in the morning from this noise, a little uncomfortable.

I spent one night. What can I say. The hotel is newly renovated. The finish is on the level. The linen is clean.
Minuses:the rumble of the air conditioner fan. Either the cool temperature in the room or sleep.
Breakfast: home-made coffee machine, queue for coffee outside reasonable limits. I came for breakfast at 9:30. Already half of the hand is empty. The waiters don't clean the tables. So there is something to work on.

The staff is friendly, always ready to help. Russian speakers. Cleaning daily. The breakfasts are acceptable. In fact, the main mine is the lack of normal Internet in the room, perhaps it is my room that is the problem, I had to work where I caught Wi-Fi.

Advantages:
+ availability of air conditioning
+ bathrooms have hygiene products, including disposable razors
+ pleasant staff

+ delicious food (including fruits)
Cons:
- location
- the food runs out by 9 o'clock
+- there is no alternative milk

I didn't like the hotel at all. The service is terrible. The bathroom stinks terribly from the septic tank. Food prices charge 4 times compared to restaurants in the city. At the same time, there is allegedly no menu, they just list what they have. Check-in at 14:00, in fact, they somehow settled by 17:00, as they did not have time to clean the room. Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, positioning itself as a 5-star hotel. For $ 100 per day, you can find much better options. P.S. in the description in the booking they indicated that they are in the center, in fact this is not even close.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. I don't understand why such a high rating is on booking.com .. and why it is so advertised there.
First, they settled on the 1st floor, room 109 or 108, the window overlooks the courtyard, and literally on a plastered gray wall, you can reach it with your hand, and some kind of construction debris is below.
I asked to move, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor, I just went in and found insects on the floor in the room (bugs or cockroaches are small, I did not figure it out). They moved to another room on the 2nd floor, the insects appeared there after a couple of days, asked to be eliminated, after 2 days they coped with them. The room is not cleaned very well, the floor does not seem to be washed at all. Requests are fulfilled from the third time. Breakfast is very meager and monotonous. There is a swimming pool, but you have to go there across the street.
The staff seems to be normal and trying, but they can't do it.
The location of the hotel is not very good. A total of three. But I'm not going there anymore.
