Beautiful garden and view, but rooms are very old and full of termites, ants and cockroaches. We have broken wardrobe door and shower, dust was falling from the roof in the bathroom.
You can meet various kinds of spiders, monkey and even snake right on your balcony. We found black krait snake. It is a deathly venomous snake, actually!
Huge gaps under the balcony door and in the windows, makes the room easily accessible for any kind of insects and snakes.
You can visit spa or just walk around the hotel territory, but don't recommend to stay here.

Tjamphuhan spa HOTEL AND SPA
The hotel is located in Ubud at the foot of a mountain river. It consists of separate houses for several rooms, located on terraces descending to the river. There are a lot of greenery and flowers. The singing of birds and the sounds of other animals (iguanas) create the feeling that you are somewhere in the jungle. There are several small ponds with fish, two pools. Spa area with sauna and massage rooms.
During the holidays in Bali, we lived in 4 hotels in different parts of the island. This hotel was the worst.
During the 2 nights that we stayed, the rooms were never cleaned, towels were not changed, garbage was not taken out, water was not brought. By the evening of the second day, I turned to the reception, they promised to come in, but no one came.
The hotel staff is found everywhere on the territory, so it is unclear why they do not cope with their duties
The choice of dishes at breakfast is not great. I took pancakes with fruit filling and honey. My wife was just drinking coffee. After that, we went out to Ubud and looked for a place to eat.
The rooms are uncomfortable, old and small. A large bed covers the entire area. The doors are barn swing gates. They are locked from the outside with a padlock and a latch from the inside. It was like this at my grandmother's farm in the Rostov region about 30 years ago. The nastiest thing was when I pulled the plug out of the bathtub and found a shock of long black hair (my wife has blonde hair).
The hotel caused mostly negative emotions. I do not recommend visiting it.

An authentic hotel, but very old, the room is broken, the pool with patches, but the garden is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is delicious, but a little, I think everyone will find what he likes, there is no hairdryer in the room and the towels are terrible instead of white gray
