We were absolutely delighted with the rest! The rooms are spacious and very clean, we stayed in a room with a sea view. The service is very optimistic, the staff is attentive and always ready to help. A separate delight is the restaurant downstairs on the ground floor, the barbecue and pizza Philadelphia are simply delicious, and the breakfasts are satisfying for the whole day. The cozy marine-style atmosphere with a playground makes this place ideal for a family vacation. We will definitely come back here again! We recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort and gastronomic pleasures.

We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! It is always perfectly clean, the staff takes care of the order and comfort. I especially liked the rooms with sea views — stunning scenery every day. The prices were pleasantly surprised by their accessibility, given the quality of service. We rented a 2-bed room with a sea view. We booked through Booking, so there was a discount on accommodation, which pleased us. However, with an early check-in (we arrived at 6.00, and check-in starts at 14.00), we were charged an additional 16,000 tenge. The hotel is located near the shore. The room is cozy. The beds are comfortable and wide. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer. Breakfast is included, delicious. The choice is traditional, continental or French. Polite waiters.
Among the disadvantages: the room has not been cleaned in 8 days. They were just cleaning up the trash. The linen was not changed. The towels were changed only when asked. There was no water for 1 day, I had to ask for a bucket of water to flush the toilet. The curtains on the windows are half torn off. When asked to correct it, they replied that the hooks were weak and they opened themselves. It was very inconvenient, as one window looked out onto the veranda, where the restaurant tables are located.
The hotel has 4 floors, but there is no elevator. I had to carry my luggage on myself up some pretty steep stairs.

My room was the nearest, but I didn't feel the smoke. Clean, towels are changed often. In the room there is a kettle, a tea pair, sugar, a spoon. Shower cabin, hair dryer. In 5 days, 2 shampoos and 2 gels. TV with a lot of channels. The bed is very comfortable. Conditioner. A hotel with breakfast, again 4 floors down on foot by a steep staircase, and the same amount up. There are 3 breakfasts to choose from. From the restaurant there is a veranda on the second floor, you can enjoy the fresh air. I recommend the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. Prices are reasonable, breakfast is included in the season, prices also do not change like many, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. If you suddenly leave the hotel at night or early in the morning before breakfast, then you will definitely get a dry ration with you (but you need to warn in advance).
It's the best thing for business travelers.
Why 4? Because the walls are completely corona, after 2-3 rooms you can listen to how people are satisfied)))
And in the neighboring rooms, you can hear other people's conversations as if you are sitting next to them.
Their cafe is also on 4, it seems the cook cooks according to the mood, the chicken is always dry for the most part, the rest of the dishes are delicious, but sometimes they are over-salted.
