Cleaning zero reception demanded extra money, I wouldn't recommend, we bought a standard room, we wanted apgret, they turned it into a deluxe room, they didn't charge any fee, they asked for the room difference at the exit, they made a bill of 12 thousand TL according to their heads, after the discussion, they gave 4000. And we dated, I don't recommend
