I give it five stars, but the neighbors' audibility is good. The staff is wonderful!! We were in touch with Vacap for the entire period of stay, helped solve all issues, even those not related to accommodation. They speak Russian . On your birthday, you can arrange a cake with candles and congratulations (for 100 GEL) . The location is good, 5 minutes to the square, by the way, past the exchanger , to the tourist bus stop , ski lift and other interesting places 10 minutes, past souvenir shops (all nearby) . The breakfast buffet is varied. The view from the window is interesting ( the floor-length window opens like a door, behind it is a railing, like a narrow balcony) The hotel itself and the room are stylish, beautiful, and it was nice to be there. There is drinking water from the tap , a refrigerator in the room, and tea accessories.

While traveling in Tbilisi, we stayed at the beautiful Tuta Hotel at 18 Isani St. Tuta Hotel is located in a historic location close to many attractions. The modern interior, convenient location and good value for money make the hotel popular with tourists and visitors of the city. We lived in a room with two adults and a 15-year-old child. The room has everything you need, a large bed and an extra bed for a child. Modern furniture and interior are conducive to a good rest. Delicious breakfasts will not leave the refined tourist indifferent. I would especially like to mention the professional work of the hotel staff, especially the young man who worked at the reception on July 25, 2025. I recommend an excellent accommodation option to everyone if you will be in Tbilisi.
