Very nice place, decent service, clean, friendly staff.
A small offer for a Finnish sauna. I suggest having a spare stove if the burnt one has to be repaired for a long time. This will allow you to quickly resolve the issue of replacement. Thank you.

There is no service at the hotel ( 1 lack of slippers for the spa , although we warned that we bought a room for this very purpose
2 black liquid was pouring from the towel dryer in the room. I think this is a very unpleasant fact in addition,
3 no educational work is carried out with the hotel staff in terms of attitude towards guests and knowledge of basic norms of decency and respect. I consider the hotel staff to be completely incompetent and unprofessional. there was also a boorish attitude towards the guests. Early in the morning, without knocking at 8 a.m., a cleaner came into our room and turned on the light when we were sleeping with the words "they gave us the wrong room again" we were just shocked and woke up from this, I have never seen such lawlessness anywhere. When we checked in the room, the receptionist asked us "Did we use the minibar", I replied that no, to which she said "We need to check everything and it will take a little time". Don't you believe us? The administrator of Daria rudely replied, "Of course not."
I think that such communication with guests is simply unacceptable boorish behavior and rude expressions.
The big disadvantage of the hotel is that it rents banquet halls for wedding events and parties that end at 3 a.m., of course, it is impossible to relax normally. Regarding the SPA area, you will not get any comfort there because the hotel lets everyone who wants people off the street for money, naturally it turns out to be very crowded and not comfortable, there is no place even where to sit in the sauna.
