One of the advantages is the good location, the Peace Bridge is a 15-minute walk away, and the funicular to Narikala is 12 minutes away. The breakfast is a buffet, modest, but we have never been hungry. The staff and administrators are pleasant and very polite. The Internet is stable. One of the disadvantages is that it's not very clean, the shower stall is obviously cleaned after a while and apparently not after every guest, long black hair was lying in the drain, but this can be solved. Nevertheless, please pay attention. The photo shows the view from the window.

October 07, 2025 by me through the website Booking.com a room was booked at your hotel with clearly specified characteristics — the presence of a large balcony with furniture, which is confirmed by the photos and description on the booking page. Upon check-in, I was charged directly by card, not through the system. Booking.com , which contradicts the booking conditions. After checking in, it turned out that the room actually provided did not match the stated description: the promised balcony with furniture was missing. I immediately contacted the reception with a request to replace the room or refund the payment. I was refused relocation and return, citing the fact that "the check has already been punched." Based on the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection" (Articles 4, 5, 7 and 11), I request: 1. Refund the amount paid to the card from which the payment was made; 2. Send a written response to this request within 5 (five) business days.

A modest and cozy hotel. Nice bed, working plumbing. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom and shelves for accessories. The linen is clean and fresh. The breakfast is quite modest but very balanced. You won't stay hungry. There would also be a coffee machine.
