A great place for the money! The location is great, everything is nearby. The staff is very friendly and knows Russian. Beautiful, cozy, great breakfasts! They poured tea and gave water whenever you asked! Wi-Fi and everything works great! There is a cinema unit in the TV.
Special thanks for the super service: we left early and gave breakfast with us - everything was neatly packed - it was so nice! Thank you, and we will be glad to return! 🩷

The hotel is in the city center, but not in a tourist location. The room is not noisy. A good mattress. It's a rare thing- there are enough hooks in the bathroom, usually flour - where to hang one or the other. Air conditioning can warm up the room. The staff is friendly. One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough lighting in the room. There were problems with makeup)))) Well, breakfast starts at 9:00. If you are on a business trip, you need to take it into account.

Неплохие номера (правда, очень небольшие). Но два балла снимаю за сервис. Клиентоориентированность 0. Ночью попросил воды — не принесли, предложив подождать до уборки, когда номера доукомплектовываются водой. Второй эпизод — на улице жара, у входной двери плохо работает доводчик. Человек за стойкой в невежливой форме потребовал закрыть за собой дверь, что неприемлемо. Больше не поеду и не советую другим. Руководство совсем не инструктирует персонал.
