A great place for the money! The location is great, everything is nearby. The staff is very friendly and knows Russian. Beautiful, cozy, great breakfasts! They poured tea and gave water whenever you asked! Wi-Fi and everything works great! There is a cinema unit in the TV.
Special thanks for the super service: we left early and gave breakfast with us - everything was neatly packed - it was so nice! Thank you, and we will be glad to return! 🩷

Very cozy, nice and quiet hotel. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. The rooms are clean and tidy
The location is perfect. Rustaveli metro station is just a couple of minutes on foot, Freedom Square is about 15 minutes away

The hotel is in the city center, but not in a tourist location. The room is not noisy. A good mattress. It's a rare thing- there are enough hooks in the bathroom, usually flour - where to hang one or the other. Air conditioning can warm up the room. The staff is friendly. One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough lighting in the room. There were problems with makeup)))) Well, breakfast starts at 9:00. If you are on a business trip, you need to take it into account.

It's not a bad hotel. It's all clear. If you like silence, then don't take rooms facing the road. The movement is very active, everything is audible. Breakfast is for an amateur, I don't really like it.

Not bad rooms (though very small). But I withdraw two points for the service. Customer orientation 0. At night I asked for water — they did not bring it, offering to wait until cleaning, when the rooms are replenished with water. The second episode — it's hot outside, the door closer is not working properly at the front door. The man behind the counter in an impolite manner demanded to close the door behind him, which is unacceptable. I will not go anymore and I do not advise others. The management does not instruct the staff at all.

very nice hotel, clean,in the center of Tbilisi, a little expensive, breakfast is not included in the price, but the room has a tea set,refrigerator,just returned from Tbilisi on June 24.

Super clean and nice hotel. But there is one thing!!! The whole floor was filled with Arabs. apparently one family. and they all had their doors open, they went to each other like in the same apartment.)) it was a little noisy from them. I give 4 stars because of the view from the window! it was not from the word at all.
