I recently visited the Hotfix coffee shop (Lenin 3) and was pleasantly surprised by the work of Anita's barista. From the moment I entered the restaurant, she greeted me with a sincere smile and offered to help me choose a drink. The girl showed real skill by talking about different coffee options and making recommendations based on my preferences. In addition, Anita has created an incredibly cozy atmosphere in the coffee shop. She communicated with the customers, making us part of her little world of coffee. I felt at home, and this is very important for me when choosing a place to stay. I will definitely return to Hotfix to enjoy not only great coffee again, but also communication with such a wonderful barista as Anita. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

The employees are incompetent, infantile children. When we placed an order, they replied out of stock and did not offer a replacement, stupidly watching us choose a drink without assistance. At the same time, the expression on his face was so indignant!!! They didn't call to pick up the order, they chatted with each other, the T-shirts were wrinkled, the appearance was terrible. The service is disgusting, don't come here if you don't want to spoil your mood.

A sullen barista who seems to be doing a favor when she answers questions about the menu. They don't have small cups, only medium ones, and they can't make 200 ml into a 300 ml cup in any way. The coffee is fine, but you pay for the syrup for rafa separately, it is not included in the price. Of the good ones, there are sockets.
