There have never been any problems with this place, but today the most strange situation occurred. There was probably an intern at the checkout who didn't understand even the third time. Okay, let's say. Next, a muffin and a glass were placed on the counter, but they did not announce what it was. I picked it up and realized that it wasn't the cappuccino I ordered, but a peppercino. I return and receive some gaslighting from an employee, they say, you took the peppercino, it's consonant, etc. (By the way, no one ordered the peppercino, they just made the wrong drink)) Okay, redone it. The girl announced "cappuccino" almost syllabically. And yes, I couldn't drink the cappuccino, because it was just heavily whipped milk, as if not with espresso, but with water from a dirty rag. Two stars just for a perfectly edible muffin.

I do not recommend this coffee shop. First of all, there is no toilet. Secondly, the waitresses are very inhospitable. They hurried us to make an order (there were 7 of us, and there was no one else in the cafe). They answered questions rudely, or rather, one waitress obviously got up on the wrong foot (a lady with piercings and tattoos). And when we were about to leave, she told us to clean up after ourselves. Although guests are not required to clean the tables. It is desirable, but not required. The attitude is disgusting. And this is the city center. I advise the management of the institution to have a conversation with the employees. If they don't know how to communicate with people, let them work elsewhere.

A terrible experience of visiting this institution . The coffee shop is open until 21:00. I arrived at 20:51, there were 2 baristas working in the coffee shop. Barista Karina told the second barista to close at 20:53, and she was finishing the orders. There are not many people in the coffee shop, but Karina seemed to be deliberately doing everything slowly, so as not to take orders before 21:00. As soon as it was 21:00, she immediately went to the checkout and the answer was: we are not working, we will not be able to accept the order.

This wonderful place started selling espresso tonic. I need to try, the price is still so suspiciously low, I think maybe some marketing, but after I tried this miracle. Score 0 out of 10, at home it tastes better coming out of instant coffee + Schweppes tonic. But it's impossible to drink it at all. I don't advise anyone to take it. It would be possible to substitute 0 stars, I would put 0. But, as it is, 1 star 🌟 is purely symbolic. And the kid who works, you know that at least hello, for the sake of decency, you need to speak when you are addressed. And not to end with a question without hello and all that: is that all?... No comment, the bottom is broken.
