I came to an empty coffee shop in the evening, they didn't greet me, despite the fact that I greeted them, which is already unpleasant in itself) the barista didn't say a word during the service, it looked literally like ignoring, for all my kindness to her. We sat with the young man for about 10-15 minutes and decided to take dessert with the drinks, and silence came up again)))) again, with all my kindness) they gave me the desserts without words, too, and I was standing in front of the countertop and the barista put them in front of me so that I could reach out to her))) the service is super))))))) when we were eating dessert, a man came into the establishment and behind my back I heard polite service with clarifying questions) abomination in short I work with people myself and I understand everything, but ignoring someone else's politeness when working with people is rude, especially since there were no people in the evening. Coffee, by the way, is tasteless)
