There are also questions to the girl why she took the coffee if she ordered tea. When he refused, he gave me that he would redo the coffee only at my expense, and the fact that my order was taken away was not his problem. Of course, no one has redone my coffee. When asked to give a complaint book, they said they did not know where it was, in the end, they searched and hoped that I would not wait and leave. The complaint was written, I would like to solve this problem and finally pay attention to the staff. I am silent about the fact that in my presence the barista communicated with a colleague and called me and the second girl "GIRLS". Customer orientation at the level, education too👍🏻
