We had a family vacation in this wonderful place in June 2025.Very comfortable cabins that have everything you need for a good rest.Everything is clean and tidy.The houses are well-maintained in the full sense of the word.The territory itself is also very well maintained, there is a barbecue area and cozy evening gatherings.…Olga, a very friendly receptionist, answered all our questions professionally even at the booking stage.We were glad to spend our holidays in this cozy corner and we will definitely come back again.

A wonderful place, "Atara house"!I have been vacationing in Abkhazia for more than 10 years and have extensive experience of staying in hotels and guest houses.Very convenient location-the sea is very close,almost the first coastline,shops in the immediate vicinity,a bus stop nearby,a cafe, a canteen,but you will not need it, because opening the gate behind the house you will get to the Apatskha, which belongs to the owner of the apartment.Everything is very tasty and inexpensive.There are 6 cabins on the territory, very cozy, where clean linen, towels, and personal hygiene items are waiting for you.Even slippers, like in a good hotel.There is a place for cooking, a washing machine, which can be used absolutely free of charge!The prices for accommodation are democratic, one might even say ridiculous.The room has comfortable beds, TV,refrigerator,split,kettle.In the evenings, you can sit on the terrace of the house, there are tables and chairs in each house.There is a place to roast a barbecue.I definitely recommend this place in Sukhum for living!And thank you so much for the hospitality,"ATARA HOUSE"!!!!!!!

We visited this place in early July 2025, vacationing with my husband.We were very satisfied.The house is very clean and spacious.It smells pleasantly of wood inside.There is everything you need, a bathroom, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a comfortable bed with spotlessly clean linens.There is a house terrace where you can enjoy a cup of delicious coffee in the morning.The territory itself is also well maintained, there is a barbecue area.The beach is within walking distance.Nearby there is a great place where you can have a delicious meal, called the "Abkhazian courtyard".We were very satisfied!
