The store itself is good, there are a lot of interesting things. But the staff is terrible. I haven't seen such negativity and dissatisfied faces for a long time. No one said hello, and when asked to pick up inappropriate items, we listened to the remark that they actually had to be left near the fitting rooms. When paying at the checkout, they didn't say a word to us. They casually put down the package, then pushed it away to take the money. No "thank you", no "goodbye". Dissatisfied faces, no customer orientation. Negativity, dissatisfied faces.... We won't go to this store anymore and we definitely won't advise anyone!

On 13.12.25, we visited this store, chose the product we liked and were ready to pay for it. Unfortunately, there was no QR code on the product and the staff could not resolve this issue. Different things happen, so it didn't cause any negativity, we were offered to pick up the goods tomorrow, "when the logistics staff will be there." To our surprise, did the logistics really work on Sunday, we were told affirmatively "yes, of course!". We clarified 10 more times whether it would be possible to pick up the goods, literally saying, "tomorrow, on Sunday, from the very opening of the store, we will already be able to pick up the goods booked in our name? Will there be any problems, will the logistics staff work?", received an affirmative "yes, yes, of course!" and left the store. The next morning, it turned out that no logisticians were working on weekends and we would not be able to receive this product. "Tomorrow morning, Monday, you will be able to pick up your goods." I understand everything, young and inexperienced girls who worked on Saturday, 13.12, you could get confused and nervous in a situation that you had not encountered before. But not to clarify this information later, not to call knowing the phone number, is already piggishness and negligence to their work.
