Good day to all! A few days ago we returned from sunny and hospitable Uzbekistan! Now everything has settled down in my head, and I would like to share my subjective opinion about staying at this hotel. About us: we are a large and friendly company of 19 people, we always relax together, book independently long before the tour dates. Personally, I am a travel agent with extensive experience in the field of tourism + I accommodate guests in my hometown, which means that the owner of the House4you hotel, Akrom, and I are colleagues! We are all age-old and fairly adequate friends, one team, and quite unassuming guests, but at the same time we are able to give a real assessment of "price/ quality" . Let's start in order.: I booked all 3 houses at once from the owner of the Acrom six months before our planned trip. Initially, I found this hotel on a booking site, but decided to search on other aggregators and found a direct contact of Acrom, contacted him. In communication, it turned out that for some reason the cost is more expensive directly from the owner than at the booking office. Well, I agreed to it. Throughout the 6-7 months, I talked with Akrom, we agreed on many additional services, of course, for an additional fee, such as a pilaf cooking master class, a folklore group with dancing, dinners for all dates of stay, transfers, a trip to the mountains. I note that the transfer from the airport was originally included in the price, but I ordered an additional one from our funds for all of us, however, the transfer from the total cost of housing was not recalculated by the owner ... ok, also no question… We were met at the airport, and the owner of the Acre was also there, and then he placed us all in 3 houses. To the houses: everything is clean, tidy, quite decent! There are additional comments, for example, there are no closets or even hooks for clothes- ok, not critical. But in a large house for 10 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 toothbrushes are normal? There weren't enough blankets for everyone. The owner promised to deliver. We were informed, but not to everyone... we are optimists again, we are happy with everything we have) Breakfasts: simple and meager.. (we have something to compare it with!)There are 19 of us. Well, how can you divide 3-4 small bowls of cottage cheese for 19 people? Or 14 eggs? But we turned a blind eye to that too! The pilaf cooking workshop, for which we paid a decent amount, was prepared by a "family friend from America," damn.... Is that why we need it? The rice wasn't cooked, the meat- well, I wish I could find it still in the plate... 🤷♀️ the same thing on the last day- is Lagman "from a dear guest from America"delicious? All that remained was to remain silent... . From the good: quite good repair, plumbing. Very cozy territory, beautiful and well-maintained garden and courtyard, quiet and peaceful. The location is not close to the city at all. Once they tried to get there on their own from the subway- it's a long way. Taxi only! In general, Akrom is a really hospitable and customer-oriented host UNTIL the MOMENT of settlement with him! Since arriving at the hotel and fully paying off with him, we have not seen him, he devoted all his time not to us and our company, but to a "family friend from America", and I would really like to sit and chat together. In addition, we agreed in advance with him about a joint trip to the mountains with him. However, the night before, he referred to the fact that he would be very busy and simply arranged for us a bus with a driver who could not tell us anything at all along the way, and this wasted our day and our money, and another negative emotion. In general, from the moment we received the full payment for accommodation and additional services, we ceased to be interesting to the owner from the word "absolutely". There's another story at the check-out: the night before, the owner promised to see us off, and the check-out was scheduled for early in the morning. Early check-out is an early breakfast or lunch box. But no one saw us off, he overslept an acre. He only wrote when we were already on the plane that he had packed apple sandwiches for us. OK, I did, but why didn't I put it on the table so we could pick it up?! . One of our tourists left at 14:00, but no one saw her off or even provided her with a bottle of water... a lot of incomprehensible things... honestly, it was very unpleasant that they treated us for our considerable money as an unnecessary thing, like a decommissioned bag… I repeat that I am a travel agent myself, I travel a lot, I am adequate, responsive, always trying to understand and accept even what others don't like. I am objective, my piggy bank contains only positive reviews for the highest score. But here, alas, I can't give the maximum score, I really wanted to convey the real picture to future tourists, and after all, we have something to compare it with - these are SUPER HOSPITABLE HOSTS in Samarkand and Bukhara and insanely delicious and varied breakfasts there! Whether I would recommend this hotel in Tashkent to my tourists is possible, BUT with the caveat that you will be welcome here and you will be interested until you pay off the owner! Good luck to all!
