Everything was paid for upon arrival, we initially booked for two people, we arrive, they charge us for the second person , the administrator is just terrible, we also booked , chose one room from the photo that was not the cheapest , settled us in the cheapest , which completely does not match the photo , the administrator immediately began to claim that for that the room that we paid for and booked, we still need to pay.
