A great store, we bought three pairs of Converse sneakers here - the sellers were friendly, actively helped with the sizes. Since we were in the store for a long time, we were offered a couple of bottles of water. There is a large selection, some sellers understand Russian.

Absolutely all sellers speak English, which makes it convenient to make purchases. The staff are very helpful, and they also serve coffee and sweets, which additionally creates a pleasant atmosphere.
I bought ASICS sneakers, then realized that I wanted another model in a color that wasn't in the store. Two days later, I calmly returned the sneakers without any problems, there were no angry looks, etc. I paid for the purchase in cash, so when I returned the money, I also received it in cash.
I am surprised to read comments about the difficulties with returns in this store.
