I'm a little disappointed with the new building(3rd block) 😔. It's just not as comfortable as the main one. The concept was great, and I really liked the initial plans. Sadly, the final result isn't what I'd hoped for. I'm hoping they can make some improvements to make it a more welcoming space

Hotel offers a truly cozy and unique experience. I was impressed by its modern design and attention to detail, which made my stay feel comfortable. The location, nestled on a hill with stunning views of Dilijan’s forests, creates a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention for its delicious food. Breakfast was varied and fresh, which added to the overall great experience.
While the property is charming, reaching it can be a little tricky, especially at night due to poorly marked roads. Additionally, the water wasn't warm enough for shower in some rooms were cold and the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable in some areas, but this didn’t affect my overall enjoyment.

ACs don't work in the general areas, and on a hot day, that's a deal breaker.

A great hotel in an incredibly beautiful location! Good staff, good breakfasts. Apparently, various events can be held at the hotel (when we were there, someone probably had a European-style wedding).
In general, everything is very good!

We stayed in September. Very friendly staff. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste, choice - porridge, omelette, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, jams, snacks, salads, pastries, coffee, juices, tea...both children and adults - everyone is happy with whom they communicated.
In the evening, there is also a place to sit - there is a chic zone with a live fire. And what sunsets !
The entrance to the hotel, especially in the dark, (we traveled by car and arrived late, by 23) is annoying, narrow streets, almost off-road, up, sharp turns, a couple of times we thought that the navigator had taken us somewhere wrong.. But the hotel itself and the staff corrected the impression of this way.. The next evening they returned calmly.
By the way, in my opinion, two buildings are separate from the main building, as if in a village..The main building is fenced, there is a courtyard inside, cozy, benches..But in the dark, it's somehow not comfortable to go to these detached buildings, given that there was no lighting around when we were there.

Good location, beautiful views from the windows. The rooms are clean, modern renovation, everything you need is there. The staff is helpful. Good breakfasts, mini khachapuri right in the heart.
In general, Dilijan is super, the hotel is super.

I bought a beautiful photo and chose this hotel. What was my surprise when I saw it all live?! Imagine the outskirts of the city, there is nowhere to go for a walk. There's a forest just above, but there's trash lying around. In general, it's not a good view. Now about the hotel. The hotel has 3 buildings, not 2. They put me in the one that's not in any of the photos. The room, as the employee said, is Deluxe. But it doesn't have a refrigerator and a table! The bathroom is very small, so small that there is nowhere to put the trash can. There was a strong wind blowing out of the window at night. There is a layer of dust in the corner of the room. The towels are very stiff, obviously over-dried. One edge is torn, the other has two spots in the middle. In general, we were preparing for the arrival, especially since I booked 3 weeks in advance. There is no contact with the administrator. I stayed there for one night and moved out. Among the advantages, I would like to mention a delicious breakfast, friendly attitude of the staff. And also just a magical view of the mountains! I had a panoramic window and a balcony, so I didn't want to leave the room. So, if you make repairs, clean rooms, clear the territory, change towels, add belts to dressing gowns (!!!), then you can recommend the hotel to stay. Not yet.

Excellent price-quality ratio! The hotel is stylish, cozy, and we liked it. Normal breakfasts, coffee from the coffee machine.The road to the hotel is only broken.

We haven't been to this particular place. There are only pleasant memories of Dilijan himself. Beautiful, incredible nature, clean air, quiet evenings. But be prepared for high housing prices! The pool is a rarity! In general, we were satisfied!

Very poor cleaning, dirty stained bed, broken toilet door, not to mention that the "balcony" they promised overlooked the solar panel and parking lot.
They hadn't checked in yet, they wanted us to pay, but I insisted on seeing the room again, and I was not mistaken, we left immediately
