They managed to take money for the tour, and when problems arose, they stopped doing something.
The flight from Dubai was delayed due to weather conditions. We spent the night at the airport without any compensation or offer of accommodation.
Further when querying: "when the flight leaves", "when the tickets will be changed", "where to live", are constantly being transferred to the receiving side. At the same time, they call an abstract company, without responsible persons.
They say it's not our fault, we can't do anything (except accept payment for the tour).
So if you're lucky, you'll fly as usual. In case of any emergency, HT staff.KZ will be relieved of responsibility.

We traveled with this company foolishly 3 times, and as a result, in two cases they ruined our vacation and threw us for money. The first time was in 2017, we flew to Thailand, we had several families and one of the most important requirements we had was rooms with maximum proximity to the sea, since everyone had kids. We chose a hotel, it had several room categories, we were informed that the rooms by the sea are the most expensive, we can choose much cheaper, but by the sea it will be expensive. Since it was important for us, we agreed to pay for expensive rooms. You can imagine our shock when, upon arrival, we were settled into the cheapest category with the maximum distance from the sea. We started calling in ht.kz Where we were just told: "Why didn't you check the name of your rooms in your voucher?! You have a reservation for this room category. We can't help you in any way, if you want to upgrade the rooms, pay again!!!" It was useless to prove, we were simply told that the cheap rooms were at that time exactly the inflated amount that we had left. Later, for several years, we flew with other tour companies and did not know the grief. Until they were going to fly with their relatives, and they chose again ht.kz . We were convinced that the problem was not with the tour company, but with an incompetent manager. Since we are not scandalous people, we decided to close this topic. Everything went well the second time. And we foolishly flew with ht.kz for the third time. We decided to celebrate the New Year in Vietnam. The tour was selected by our manager Daria. The standard price for our chosen hotel was 1 million 900 thousand based on breakfast. Plus, we paid extra for dinners (by the way, we did not want to take them initially, but the manager said that it was only 125 thousand, and we agreed, since it was really not expensive), for a New Year's dinner and unlimited entrance to the amusement park. That is, we paid 3 additional fees. services totaling about 500 thousand in 7 days. Our huge mistake was that we did not officially demand to document the cost of each service. We just saw on the computer how the initial price changed at the moment when we agreed to add one or another supplement.a service. The full amount has been deposited. And exactly the day before our departure, we received a message from Daria that we had not paid for the entrance to the amusement park, but it's okay, we can pay for the entrance in Cash. That is, the situation in 2017 repeated itself again, but this time we were still in Astana and started calling all authorities, spent a lot of nerves, but still managed to get paid for the service we had already paid for. It was terrible! We were just accused of being almost freeloaders and the "poor manager" allegedly paid for our entrance to the park with his pocket money, because yes, they agreed that it was her mistake. But this is not the end!!! Upon arrival, we will find out that we have not paid for the New Year's dinner. Understand that we have come to celebrate the New Year!!! It's just TERRIBLE!!! We were told at the reception that yes, there was a request from your tour company, but since no payment was received, we sold your place, and at the moment there are no available tables! More calls to ht.kz , again, a lot of nerves were spent and in the end we were agreed to make a refund, but the refund amount WILL BE LOWER THAN WHAT WE CONTRIBUTED, and it's useless to swear and prove something, because we don't have official confirmation. DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKES! It is better to avoid this company if you want a relaxing holiday without nerves and proceedings. And if you manage to contact them, it's better to keep a record of conversations and officially document everything to the smallest detail.
