The restaurant is good, but there is no national cuisine. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, but the maids themselves are constantly fighting among themselves. The three elevators are not friends with each other, they each live their own lives. There are very polite girls at the reception. There is no sidewalk from the hotel to the nearest traffic light. The hotel is Chinese, everything in the rooms is also Chinese, of poor quality. We were pleased with the vacuum toilet and a good rain shower. There is no air conditioning or ventilation system. Overall, positive emotions, or I'm just not picky about temporary housing...

A good hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very comfortable bed linen to the touch. The cleaning is of high quality. They are doing repairs and should have the upper floors up and running by September. The hotel is for conferences and, if necessary, will stop for moving to other regions or countries. It's a bit far from the center, it takes 20-25 minutes to drive, so it's not for walking around Georgia. I like the view, if not at home))). And a pleasant surprise awaited upon check-in). The breakfasts are sad and there are a lot of Chinese yelling and grabbing everything, not a very pleasant sight. There are not many Russian-speaking staff, well, English is so-so))).

Nice hotel, modern, large, spacious rooms with a view of the park. Far from the center, not a single shop nearby. There are breakfasts, but lunch and dinner are a problem. No one speaks Russian except for a couple of people at the reception.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. It seemed to us that there was too much high-tech. It's a long way from the center, but it's not far from a public transport stop and taxis are available anywhere in the city.

Nice Hotel, new furniture, clean pool, clean sauna, but the hammam smelled. The biggest plus is that you can watch TV from the bathroom, since there is a window in the bathroom. The breakfasts are not very diverse-croissants, sausages, vegetables (cucumbers, celery, tomatoes) muesli, cottage cheese, fruits (kiwi, grapefruit) and nuts, coffee and tea to choose from. All of the staff speak Russian and are very friendly.

A very "tired" hotel. It is extremely inconvenient and very far from the center. Breakfast is no good. As a result of my nervous experience, I do not advise you to stay there.

The hotel is big, but everything is kind of shabby. The food is spicy, the staff pretends that they do not understand Russian, they speak English, but they do not know it either. There's nothing interesting around. To see the city, you need to take a taxi.

A great place for business meetings and conferences of any level! Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable beds, high-level business floor with unlimited lounge area!! Brilliant, I recommend it!

We held a conference at this hotel. I can note the professionalism of the hotel staff. Special thanks to the manager of Gwantz for his loyal approach to corporate clients. The rooms are large and spacious. Excellent cuisine. The event was held at the highest level.

The hotel corresponds to its 5 *. The rooms are spacious, the food in the restaurant is delicious and varied.I really liked this hotel, if I still have to be in Tbilisi, I will stay only in it.
