As they say, the day has not passed))) the call is about 12 p.m., Friday (10.10.2025) the clock is ready, you can pick it up! On the same day (18:20), I charged the watch to 100%... Well done guys, very fast, the test is 4 days after the repair- the flight is great! My next phone, anyway, will be HUAWEI! Thanks guys for the promptness!

Huawei pura 70 warranty repairs were carried out, after 6 months of use, I noticed that the back cover was coming off, and it didn't get any better, I decided to contact A1 (where I bought it), they said let's go under warranty, they announced a minimum period of 14 days, after 17 days the phone was returned to the communications store, battery replacement, after inspection it turned out that the lid still comes off, but not as it was, the detachment was under the camera unit, after further checks it turned out that the remaining battery capacity was not determined in the settings, he writes that it takes time, after 40 minutes of discussions in the salon and the phone's operation, the capacity was not determined, as a result, the phone went back to service, even if it takes time to determine the capacity, why didn't the service do everything so that the phone would arrive back to the customer in fully functional condition, where is the quality control? Work report No. 35-08 As a result, a very unhappy customer will be without a device for at least a month, for which he still pays money. The maximum repair period in the transfer acceptance certificate was 30 days, thank you for not keeping it for 30 days.

My favorite brand of electronics is Huawei and it's not for nothing. Of what I really wanted was the p30 pro smartphone, a wonderful three years flew by and it was really cool, but after missing a couple of new models, I bought the pura 70 pro, a super cool device like all the company's products. The headphones are now 3 free buds pro, and of course the watch is now the 3rd firmware in Titanium and sapphire). Everything pleases every single day, today I also received 3 scales on the smart scale, and once again I was very pleasantly impressed by the quality, style, algorithms, simplicity and, most importantly, the coolness of the product. It's already a breed. I am following the development of the company and the transition to a 5 nanometer process technology in chips has caused delight, I am proud of their successes. But today Huawei just pleased me by additionally inviting me to free service days. And I came to the service center at 53 Independence Street in Minsk, although the action starts tomorrow, but the employee is smart, got into the situation and got to work, cleaning the watch, phone, headphones, and then the film sticker on the watch and on the smartphone was just a gift. And I'm still happy, because the devices seem to have been updated, and it's wonderful. That's what it means to take care of your customers, and to mark the quality of both goods and services. Keep it up, raise the bar, I am a conscious Huawei owner only thanks to your efforts, they are justified. And the next thing I want is a laptop 14 Flemming in green and a fit 4 pro, that's how marketing works))) Huawei forever.

It's a strange policy. All that was needed was to replace the frame. Therefore, when purchasing equipment somewhere, you need to take into account that in Minsk you will not repair it in case of a breakdown.

We bought a Huawei brand watch. During operation during the warranty period, it so happened that the fastening of the strap case broke off. The watch fell off his hand and rolled several meters on the asphalt. When contacting the service center, the warranty period was refused due to obvious mechanical damage to the case. Well, of course they will be if they fell off your hand and hit the asphalt. The service center refused to repair it. The repair of watches is 70% of the cost of new ones. Wild prices. Unreasonable refusal, they don't even want to talk.

I gave the phone for repair to replace the battery and glue the screen. I asked to flash to the latest firmware supported by this device. Upon receiving the phone, the firmware remained the same. Instead of calling and telling the client that he already has the latest firmware installed for this device (it's obvious, but I wanted to get the global version, not the regional one), we just reset the phone to factory settings and charged 30 rubles for it. I think this is unprofessional and non-client-oriented for an official service. But 30 rubles is 30 rubles. Thank you for everything else. P.S. I applied on 09/24/2024, order No. 2631-09/2024-HS P. P. S. I didn't mind the factory reset. My complaint was that the staff, knowing that my device has the latest firmware, did not ask me if I wanted to "flash" for the same thing. In my Huawei mate 50, the screen plume came off and when pressed on the screen, blue stripes flickered, later I found out that this was a rare problem with this particular smartphone (by putting a finger or any object the size of a postage stamp under the phone's camera, this bug disappears) for repairs, you just need to pour thermal paste in there and close the lid (maximum of 100 rubles) So that's the joke, when I came to this "service center" they didn't even take my phone to look at it, but they immediately said that I needed to change the matrix and it would cost 2800r... ATTENTION: A NEW PHONE COSTS 2000 🤨🤨🤨 We draw our own conclusions

They work well and efficiently, but it is very often difficult to get clear explanations about the reasons for the breakdown and what has been done. The speed of repair also leaves much to be desired, the phone was under warranty until the last day according to the deadlines set by law, while they said that they were waiting for spare parts, and on the last day spare parts suddenly appeared. Replacement phones also leave much to be desired, as a rule, purely to make calls, i.e. you give away the flagship and at the time of repair you get a brick with which only to open beer and, at best, talk to someone.

Later, the staff of the service center contacted me and said that the battery is changed only with the board screen, and it will cost about 800 rubles. The battery was replaced in another service, without replacing the screen and board. There are either incompetent employees here, or just cheaters who wanted to earn extra money.

An afterimage began to appear on the Matepad tablet on the entire screen, I contacted the service center during the warranty period. The next day, they called and told me to come pick it up, as warranty repairs were refused due to damage to the tablet. I came to the center to pick up and clarify the questions I am interested in, what kind of deformation, in what place? The most interesting thing began in the center, the girl at the reception began to tell the reasons for the refusal of warranty repairs: Question: where is the tablet damaged if it was worn in a branded case from the very beginning? Answer: There is no damage, but the tablet is deformed in one corner. Question: In what way? Answer: If you attach (a very old ruler), then a gap will be visible. It did not work out on the ruler, I turned to the komorka, what is behind the doors, for help, put the tablet on the table and began to explain that the gap is 3 mm!!!!, the ruler did not help again, asked for help behind the doors, took out a probe to measure the gaps and again began to show an alleged deformation of 3 mm. Question: how was the gap measured, on which table having a flat surface? Answer: it was measured on a perfectly flat surface. I take a dipstick and a ruler and try to clarify how thick the dipstick should be so that it is 3 mm, another appeal for the door and bingo is 0.3 mm, at least we found a consensus in something, it is in the thickness of the dipstick. Question: why did they decide that the deformation of the tablet was my fault? Answer: yes, because there can be no curve with the marriage of the tablet. There are no complaints about the girl, she was put in jail for receiving equipment. A question for those who measured the gaps, do you have a table or something else on which you measure the deformation, has it been certified? Is there a certificate that this is a perfectly flat surface? If there is, I would like to see!!! And even if the deformation is in one place, how does the afterimage remain on the entire screen, and not where the defect is!!!! For future buyers, carry a probe with you to measure the gaps)!!!! I cannot say that all warranty equipment is rejected for non-fulfillment of warranty obligations!!! We applied for repair of a warranty phone, but not a warranty case, everything is OK, there are no claims.

Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite tablet. Floating malfunction. The screen shows, then it doesn't. I fell for an advertisement about a free service on Saturdays (like you only pay for a / h). A clean divorce. At first, they said that the promotion is valid only if there is a spare part in stock. Then, that you have to pay money for the diagnosis. Without looking, they said that the assembly matrix was to blame, although the tablet turned on during acceptance and showed an image. The cost was previously estimated at 250 rubles (matrix + work). To my objections that maybe it's not the matrix, but something else (maybe overheating or something on the board is faulty), they promised me that they would test on super-duper equipment, which would identify the malfunction. But really they wanted 15 rubles.. Okay, I think they should test it. Finally. Oh, a miracle! The malfunction was confirmed "by eye", however, with the clarification that this is an internal mechanical damage to the front panel unit (the tablet was not previously given for repair and even if it fell, it was always in the case and I can hardly imagine mechanical damage from the inside). As a result. After testing, they gave away a tablet that was no longer working, and finally, the price for repairs miraculously increased to 300 rubles. and the waiting period for spare parts increased to 30 days. In general, I do not advise contacting this service under any circumstances. Incompetence and divorce for money.

The Huawei p10lite phone was slightly poured over the phone from a mug, moisture could get in, the rear window peeled off, the main speaker wheezed. We applied to clean the phone, replace the back cover and possibly replace the speaker. They said they needed to replace the board and the price tag was almost half of the current cost of the phone, cleaning, according to them, was done. As a result, I took the phone, ordered a rear window on Alik (about 4 rubles), a tube of glue (about 3 rubles). I opened the rear window myself (it was a little dirty under it, for a phone that had been cleaned), unscrewed the speaker and walked over it with a good magnet (I saw enough examples on YouTube), put it back, and oh my God, the speaker worked like in a new phone, cleaned, glued a new glass and THAT's IT. The phone is as GOOD as NEW . A total of 7 rubles and straight arms. The second month has gone, the flight is normal, the phone works amazingly))

One day, more precisely, in the morning, my huawei y7 phone hung up and did not react to anything, I brought it under warranty, which on the same day they reported that water got into the phone and they have a water cleaning service but not the fact that it will help, the next day they reported that the water is on the board, the board is not repairable, the phone flies off the warranty and in general goodbye, and another photo was shown burned out like water from moisture... And now the most interesting thing is, about a week later I decided to scrap the phone, took it out of the box and it worked, of course I'm glad about it, but the masters at the service center are autistic, and this is not an insult, but a fact

The quality was poor and remains so. I had to leave the phone in repair again for a week. You can't listen to a complaint the first time......
