I don't recommend it. I made an appointment with the manager the day before, and even indicated the time when I would arrive. I arrived at the appointed time really from the other side of the city. I couldn't get through and finish writing for 40 minutes. While I was waiting, I sat down to drink coffee in Almaty towers, the manager called back and said that they would meet me now, they would not let me in there without an escort. I waited another 30 minutes for the "escort", in the end, after all this, they called back and said that they were not working today! This is a real service!
