Необученные, никакого этикета и доброжелательности. Объязательно попросят клиента самого спустится.

К связи вопросов нет. Пользуюсь полным безлимитом более года, всё работает нормально. Проблема с сервисом. На точках не совсем компетентные люди работают, дети можно сказать... На некоторых точках даже не разговаривают по русски. А к примеру на чилонзаре в 19:00 уже закрыта точка, хотя в сети указанные часы работы до 22:00. А однажды оператор на жалобу о оом что связь не стабильная предложила мне выйти на улицу... СЕРВИСА НЕТ.
