But the support couldn't even explain. 2) Roaming does not work for non-residents, although I found out before connecting, they said that everything would work. 3) Support is constantly confused and contradicting themselves. 4) The app is terrible. It shows only one number, although I have two SIM cards, in order to see the second one, I probably need to log in. 5) You cannot manage via USSD, change the language, disable the service, everything is only through the application. What if I have a push-button phone? 6) You can't turn it off in the app either, they say wait for the month to end. The only plus is that there is a tariff without a subscriber. But what's the use of it? The idea was not bad, something like Tink in Russia, but the implementation was not even close, and it had been several years since the launch, it was possible to debug everything. If you need a decent connection, without a headache, then this is not Humans.

The next day I was in another area of the city, Chilanzar and Friendship of Peoples, where they have offices. But, by the way, it was not possible to find a SIM card in the city, everything is as cool in the mini-offices of Humanes there as in the head office - I contacted several places - the computer does not work, there are no SIM cards, there is no person. As a result, it was not possible to find an office to connect again, as it was a few years ago. Otabek's words that it's so easy to go on your own turned out to be a myth and a lie. In general, the employee sent Otabek and didn't give a damn. After all, it is still difficult for Uzbek employees of Uzbek firms and companies to work with people and technology. It is clear that, according to their mentality, it is easier for them to knead guwalyaks and herd sheep.
