What kind of attitude is this towards people? What kind of rudeness is this? We are all human beings, is it really impossible to understand the ordinary human factor? I didn't start being rude and rude to him because he didn't arrive in 30 minutes, as promised, and I didn't tell him that now I don't need your number. Absolute disrespect not only for people, but also for the work and the company that pays him money.
I wish you success with cellular communications, but beware of such employees, who, unfortunately, only spoil the impression of your entire company.

Everything is terrible.
1) Connected the Internet service for 3 days. It turned out that for some reason the unlimited overnight service was connected. But the support couldn't even explain.
2) Roaming does not work for non-residents, although I found out before connecting, they said that everything would work.
3) Support is constantly confused and contradicting themselves.
4) The app is terrible. It shows only one number, although I have two SIM cards, in order to see the second one, I probably need to log in.
5) You cannot manage via USSD, change the language, disable the service, everything is only through the application. What if I have a push-button phone?
6) You can't turn it off in the app either, they say wait for the month to end.
The only plus is that there is a tariff without a subscriber. But what's the use of it?
The idea was not bad, something like Tink in Russia, but the implementation was not even close, and it had been several years since the launch, it was possible to debug everything.
If you need a decent connection, without a headache, then this is not Humans.

2) After three working days, I called the Call Center about the status of my application (they said that I could go to any point of service and get a card). I was really happy, I thought that the employees have cards in advance and they register the card in my name on the spot - "Here is a breakthrough service in Uzbekistan!"
3) The next day I came to this point of sale. I waited from 10:00 to 10:30, the person after me called the Call center, they replied that the employee had long since started work at 10 a.m. BUT WHERE HAS HE BEEN ALL THIS TIME?!
4) Then I called the Call center, they replied that the point was temporarily not working. THEY REACTED SMARTLY!
5) The Call Center directed me to the point of service where Oltin Urda. And there the employee said that he had no obligation to open a Visa card, and that he did not even have a card available.
6) He directed me to the point of service at the metro station Buyuk Ipak Yuli (former. Maxim Gorky). And there the point stopped its activity altogether. They said they moved the point 400 meters away from the old one.
I don't know what kind of Humans there are in the world, but in Uzbekistan they are not very humane
