The hotel left an extremely unpleasant impression due to the frankly boorish behavior of the receptionist. When checking in, she deliberately pretended that she did not understand Russian, refused to give out our booked rooms and tried to send us to another branch. It was only after my strict demand that she fulfilled her duties. The most egregious thing is that when another guest asked her for slippers and a map in Russian, she instantly replied "Now." But she pretended to misunderstand our questions again, saying she knew "50/50" Russian. This is blatant disrespect for the guests! The administration should urgently start training employees. Our stay at Humo Hotel was ruined by blatant discrimination. The receptionist faked not speaking Russian (even though we clearly weren’t locals) and refused to honor our booking until we insisted. Shockingly, she responded fluently in Russian to another guest right after ignoring us! When called out, she said her Russian was "50/50"—yet kept "forgetting" basic phrases we needed. Datang Hote* also had issues: - Delayed check-in despite confirmed reservations . - Staff ignored complaints about room cleanliness (stained bedding, foul odors) . Conclusion: Humo’s staff needs urgent sensitivity training. Datang’s management must address hygiene neglect. Neither hotel deserves patronage until they improve.

Excellent new hotel, high-quality modern renovation with oriental motifs, friendly staff, friendly host. There are rooms for two, they are small in size, and there are family rooms, where it will be more spacious. Breakfast buffet: porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage, yogurt, samsa, many kinds of different pastries, desserts. The rooms have good sound insulation, comfortable mattresses, soft bed linen + refrigerator, safe, electric kettle, air conditioning. On the 4th floor there is a conference room with good internet and a gym. There is a courtyard in front of the hotel, fenced off from the road, where you can sit or play table tennis. There is excellent infrastructure nearby: shops, pharmacies, fruits and vegetables.

I had a reservation for September 11, I booked it in advance before the trip, I discussed what is how and what. I arrived in the evening and drove up to the hotel. They tell me there is no reservation. Your seat is occupied. It was a strange country at night for the first time and I was alone. My anger knew no bounds. How come such an attitude. After long remarks, they told me to take a walk today, there would be a place somewhere tomorrow. In the end, I left the world not without kind people, completely different people helped me stay the next day, another apartment and I settled in, but a very unpleasant aftertaste remained I do not recommend avoiding such places.
