Отличное расположение ледового комплекса в самом центре столицы. Персонал вежливый и компетентный, всегда подскажут и помогут. Один из современных комплексов, где проходят как хоккейные матчи и ледовые шоу, так и концерты . Рекомендую посетить!

There are a lot of seats, but the minus is that the iron handrails (or as they are also called ...) from the backs of the lower row, very close to the back row seat, because of this it is not comfortable to sit and if the side seats are already occupied, it is impossible to get to the middle, everyone needs to get up together and skip those who should sit in the middle, it is not convenient. And the complex itself is very modern and the buffet is super)

At the same time, there are no signs or personnel who could suggest the direction. The name of the sector is indicated only when entering the sector. There were cases when people, after standing in line, learned from police officers that they had another sector indicated on their tickets and they would only be able to enter there. By the time the performance began, the radio command "Launch everyone in a row, without dividing by sectors!" was received.
Why couldn't it have been done right away?
The upper rows of the ice complex are very uncomfortable. The stairs are steep, the treads of the steps are narrow. The aisles between the rows are also very narrow. It is impossible to go to your place without embracing everyone who meets on the way.

Посещал спорткомплекс, когда он эксплуатировался в качестве концертной арены. Вместимость около 20 тыс. зрителей. Внутри прохладно , система кондиционирования работает отлично. Туалеты чистые. Работают буфеты , где можно купить воды. В целом сооружение содержится в чистоте. Очень удобное местоположение - в центре, рядом с Magic City.

Каждый раз, посещая наш ледовый дворец, радуюсь его существованию.... современный комплекс с комфортным функционалом ... последний раз были там всей семьёй на финале кубка Казахстана по хоккею..наша Хумо играла с Номадом.... второе место для нашей молодой команды, на мой взгляд, круто. Так вот,мне там всё нравится, кроме.... Вечно забитой парковки...

We were there a couple of times, at concerts, both times we took a ticket to the fan zone. There is carpet and clean, you can sit but not for long. The sound is excellent, the acoustics, the light is also normal, but the truth is sometimes these lasers do not get particularly pleasant sensations into the eyes, but so in general, the hall or I'll just say the PLACE is big! I advise you to visit. There seems to be parking, but while my son and I took a taxi, my relatives were only able to leave the parking lot. By the way, there are small counters with snowballs and drinks inside, unfortunately they do not have a terminal, they ask for payment in cash or by transfer to a card.

And it's hard to determine where you parked, and where is the exit from the parking lot. I think it is necessary to illuminate the exits and make the direction to them visible!!

Прекрасное, современное здание! Интерьеры на первом этаже шикарные. Эскалаторы есть. В здании тепло. Но на самом верху специально были открыты только 2 кабинки в женском туалете, из-за чего образовалась огромная очередь. При этом в мужском были открыты все. В итоге мужчины нервничали в ожидании своих женщин, семьи ругались. Зачем так делать? Темболее что женщин в туалет всегда много. На 3 ярусе мало видно даже при 100% зрении, поэтому не жалейте денег и покупайте места на 1 и 2 ярус

В хумо арене каток очень качественный, цены приемлемы. По мимо катка часто устраивают хаккейные матчи, проводятся концерты , представления на льду как для детей так и для взрослых, спортивные состязание, выставки. Внутри также расположен ресторан "Хумо" для мажоров😅
