Every time there is an improvement in service, and the food is beyond praise! The hotel is currently being renovated, but it does not bother, all requests are being processed, cleaning is carried out regularly. I've never heard of any conflicts or cases of theft. The advantage of the owner is, in my opinion, that he has a permanent staff of employees who know their business and value it. I wish the hotel and its staff prosperity and well-being!
