Обращался не однажды, по поводу ремонта различного электроинструмента. Могут оперативно найти неисправность, доходчиво объяснить и предложить решения на выбор. А могут затянуть ремонт и не отвечать на звонки. Не очень понравилось такое отношение. Мастер - Андрей Борисович. Рекомендую!!!

Очень долго искали мастера по ремонту, а он оказывается рядом с нами общался со своим товарищем и решал свои вопросы... И ему было абсолютно плевать на своих клиентов. Инструмент в ремонт не отдал, дал заработать более работоспособным людям . клиентоориентированность на нуле👎

Приехала по хорошим отзывам в Новую жизнь, сразу посмотрели, сразу сказали, что и как, что по ₽ выйдет ремонт, быстро, четко, дешевле оказалось купить новую, что и сделала, но в работе ограничитель надо снять, лямки не айс, не очень удобно, честно сказать, хлипенькая какая- то, по весу легче - да, но косит поверху, диск поставили, ребятам спасибо, в тачку погрузили, возможно, не привычно. Научусь. Но старую все равно сделаю.
