Very tasty serving! Borscht was served in a cast-iron pot, which retains heat and gives a special flavor. The borscht itself is rich, fragrant, with a slight sourness, and fresh herbs on top. It is served with puffy buns with sesame seeds, lard with garlic and onions, as well as tender lard spread like pate — it goes perfectly with bread. There is also traditional sour cream, which makes borscht softer and richer. The portion is generous, hearty and very homely, but at the same time beautifully served in a restaurant style.

We stopped at the Farm for lunch. The interior was pleasantly impressed. I was really pleased with the menu - such delicacies and everything is in the traditions of national Ukrainian cuisine. What a gorgeous borscht! What a pitch! As a bonus, lard, cucumbers, black bread and, of course, a glass of moonshine were served on wooden trays! Uhhh! Disperse your soul! My companions were also amazed by the atmosphere of the cafe, and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff! We'll be in Petropavlovsk - get off the plane right here!
