Level 10 Local Expert

I liked: the breakfasts, the room, the shared facility, the beautiful and compact area. Very mediocre dinners at a restaurant by the sea. If you need a beach with a good entry, it's not here. But there are several good beaches nearby.

This is a luxury hotel on Koh Samui. Delicious varied breakfasts, a large swimming pool, gorgeous ocean views and very polite staff. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth the money.

At first, the hotel makes a great impression.Clean, well-maintained beautiful territory.They cook quite tasty in restaurants.But an unpleasant situation occurred:the sewer was clogged in our room, the hotel staff cleaned it, but it didn't help for long, just for a couple of hours.Then they came and cleaned it again.We are with two children, this is a problem, of course, when a child cannot go to the toilet and has to go to the toilet at a restaurant and not in his own room.When contacting the reception, we were offered only one room, for the same money, but the room itself is lower than the one we originally paid for (with a pool).we live in room 918, I'm not sure if they will fix the sewer, be careful when checking in.I can't recommend this hotel.If there are difficulties, they obviously do not solve them here.But they offer sincere apologies)))

The hotel is very convenient for trips with and without children. No one bothers anyone. The staff is very attentive. Good breakfasts and an excellent menu. The rooms are cozy, and cleaning is done regularly. It is nice that there is parking for private transport. Everything is organized perfectly. I recommend.
