This is not an isolated case — it is a system of disrespect for the client. I constantly order water from this company, and every time I have to call and beg for it to be delivered. Without a reminder, they do not deliver, even if everything is paid for and prepared in advance. This time, I clearly indicated: the bottle is ready, the money is in place, just change it — no need to call, no need to clarify. As a result, there was silence, no delivery, and everything started from scratch again. When I call, all I get is, "We'll tell the manager." And everything. Zero actions. One continuous disregard. It feels like people aren't valued at all. The client is not a human being. The company is completely disorganized, with a lack of feedback, attention, and basic respect. It's a pity, because I used to be patient. But now, that's enough. I will change the supplier and tell others about it. I don't recommend it. If calmness, punctuality and respect are important to you, look for another supplier.

Hello! Please tell me who in the company I can contact with a question, not to be ignored, but for an adequate solution. We placed an order on May 6th, today is May 15th, the support service has the audacity to say that we still have to wait! It's +40 outside, we live with children. I understand your company doesn't care about customers, but should there be at least some kind of service? This is not compliance with contracts! If your company does not intend to supply us with water, please let us know! You're forcing people to put filters on their taps with such low service! If the issue is not resolved, I will have to come to an appointment with your management and write a complaint in writing, and I will also have to leave feedback on my Instagram from my wife (she has a target audience). You are forcing us to take such measures, as delivery of more than 11 days in a hot country is unacceptable!
