There are men's clothing stores in the passages. The second building has almost everything.
Tailoring and repair of clothes in the first building is almost in the basement. It's hard to find, but it's possible. They also take things to the dry cleaners there. There are cafes outside. There are always crowds of people.
Minus the parking fee. Very small and uncomfortable. Plus, people are constantly waiting to leave, taxis are caught along the road.
