I have been using this service for 3 years. During this time, there were no complaints. You need to contact the manager and determine the time for servicing your car. The staff is always polite and attentive. Maybe the prices are higher than in other services, but I think it's worth it. The last time was in the middle of December - special thanks to Elina. Do not make a collapse and convergence, it will be worse than it was. The managers register your receipts in Solik for themselves. FILTERS AND OIL REPLACEMENT are offered for any problem, AND aggregate repair is offered for your problem... The Customer Service control service does not control anything... AND IT DOESN'T. Maybe the top management there is good, but you, as a client, will not know about it...
