The music is bombastic, the staff is adequate, friendly. They don't be rude, they bring everything on time. Great presenter, interesting contests, lots of seats. There is a VIP lounge in the establishment, there are always a lot of people on the dance floor and loud music.

We were in August 2025, came on vacation and accidentally got into XS, as we didn't go through the dress code in other karaoke rooms (we were in trekking clothes) and to our surprise the place turned out to be very warm with good sound quality, all the staff were very friendly, everything was just great
