A disgusting service center, I regretted that I recommended it to my friends and acquaintances. The whole situation : In the entire history of working with this service, I have brought them 2 Samsung, 1- S21 Ultra 5G, 2- A23. I brought them the S21 with my Chinese framed display perfectly matched to the model. For adequate money, they installed this display, but the problem turned out to be that the S21 camera was heavily offset to the side from the hole it was supposed to have, which caused the front-facing focus to be absent. They told me that it was all because of the Chinese display, the non-standard thickness of the display, and that the display was to blame, but they would look at it. As a result, it turned out that after their repair, the camera adjustment was ACCIDENTALLY broken (it needs to be centered), but thank God they fixed it (400 rubles) at their own expense, which is at least a small joy for me. The second one, my phone, is a Samsung Galaxy A23 (model A235F), they fixed it 7 times in a row, which made them pretty nervous, but I didn't achieve the desired result. I brought the phone to replace the display and repair the Type-S connector, for which I paid 7000 rubles. A week later, the phone was ready, I pick it up and find on the way home that the phone does not turn on the display, but it unlocks with a fingerprint, and the front was scratched (which was not before the repair), the next day I bring it to them, they re-change the display to another, new one (I paid the price for the ORIGINAL display) I arrive on the appointed day and they show me that the other display does not respond to movement at all, come back in 5 days,we have already ordered another one When I arrive on time, I pick up my phone, which has a working display, BUT AT AN ANGLE THE ENTIRE SCREEN TURNS BLUE like the sky over our city. I discovered this only at home, comparing it with another samsung phone (at that time I was without a phone or means of communication for 18~ days), after consulting with craftsmen from other regions of the country, I heard that the craftsmen had poorly glued the display to the frame, which could cause the backlight to show, AND the TRUTH was that the display was terribly glued, that there were about 8 slots between the case and the display . When I came to them, I showed them my problem and asked them to glue my display PROPERLY to remove the extremely bright, uncomfortable blue from the entire screen if you do not look at it from a right angle. As a result, they gave me a slightly less bluish display and said that it was the display itself that was to blame, that they had bought it with the original, the original was working so badly. As a result of the inspection, there were at least a number of gaps between the display and the case, even more, but at that time I was without a phone for ~ 30 days, so I didn't give a damn about it. BUT! Because I am familiar with a lot of craftsmen in Lugansk, when the glass is broken again (after a week due to my stupidity). I took it to fix my phone MYSELF under the supervision of a master (I was learning how to fix it). As a result, the analysis of the work of these "masters": 1. glue was poured to the ears on the antenna (apparently Bluetooth), from which the next person who disassembled it (I) could tear it, from which it would work with interference; 2. The display was almost normally not glued, even the ENDS of the display were not there were glues, although it is very strange that for 7000 they simply did not buy a FRAMED DISPLAY (as I did for 2300), but even so their work does not lend itself to the logic of adequate service. 3. Type-s they didn't change the board, they just picked at something in it, although it costs 150 rubles, I just don't understand why 2000 (out of 7000) were given for the connector. 4. They use the cheapest black sealant, not transparent, which leaves traces after it, and the places where it peeks out from under the lid are VERY noticeable, which greatly spoils the look. They also OVERDID it SOMEWHERE, but not enough somewhere)))) 5. Display (it is not known the original or not) NOT FROM MY MODEL :), they put an M-33 display in my A-23, as can be seen from the photos that I threw off in the review. THEY DID NOT WARN ABOUT THIS, did not say after the repair, but remained culturally silent) Well, in the end, these "masters" do NOT issue receipts for repairs, referring to the fact that "everything is in our computer database" I wish no one to visit or face such a situation, but I wish these masters to learn their work and honesty to the client. In principle, a good service center, they know how to repair here and have proven it more than once, only recently they have relaxed, either "got stuck", or just "broke in", but they refuse simple repairs, referring to the inexpediency of repair, then to the lack of spare parts (although as it turned out later, none spare parts were not needed), in general, some kind of indifference is observed.
