I contacted the i-care service center (50 Nauryzbai Batyr str., Almaty) to replace the battery on the iPhone 12. When placing an order, the manager announced the delivery time of the part — two weeks. However, after a week and a half, I was informed that the wait was increasing to a month. When I asked to talk to the manager about this situation, the employee said that he was the manager. I asked to communicate with the management, but they refused to communicate with me, they said: "Write a review in DoubleGIS." I consider this approach absolutely unacceptable for an organization that claims to be an authorized Apple service center. Complete lack of service, responsibility, and willingness to resolve the situation. I regret that I did not go to another service initially. Questionable organization — I recommend to be careful.

Incompetent service and kindergarten. They haven't heard about Apple's global warranty, or pretend they haven't. They come up with reasons on the go why they need to pay them money: "We don't know anything, there is no such thing in Kazakhstan, Apple does not provide this." I took the phone to another official service, where they immediately carried out a superficial diagnosis and took it for free further diagnostics and free repairs.
