I didn't like it!Utter disappointment after the procedure.The manicure was painful, especially the cuticle, the master injured.When I signed up for the salon, I asked the receptionist ("would it be possible to get a jacket),(she said yes)Why didn't the administrator say(that the master is a beginner or just learning, that he doesn't have much experience in working with a jacket), when the master himself came to me, (I think, well, okay, we agreed that she would draw and I would look, (she drew, it's beautiful on one nail, but on the others it's just terrible!) On some nails there are bumps of irregularity, somewhere the sticky layer has not been removed and there is hair, somewhere it even seems as if the master spared the material. If the master is a beginner, they should not set a price list that does not correspond to the work done. As a result, minus the time spent, mood and money!

Utter disappointment even before the service was rendered. She was booked in for a manicure at 16:00. The receptionist offered to sit down and wait a bit. While waiting, I see that the master I have signed up for is still in the midst of work. I ask the administrator at 16:30 how long to wait, I have a maximum of 5 minutes. To which they reply: "about 15 minutes more." Attention! 45 minutes of general waiting before your service? Are you kidding me? Why, knowing that you have an appointment with a client, you do not contact in advance what you will have to expect or come to you later. The administrator did not even try to resolve the situation, find or offer any way out. The door of your salon closed, and you lost a client, ruining his plans.

I did a coated manicure and a spa pedicure here, and the impressions leave much to be desired. Let's start with the manicure, the master did everything for me for 2.5 hours and did it very badly, almost all the nails had a bad shape and bumps. Then there was a pedicure Spa, from the Spa there was only an old massage trough with water, which was hotly baking the feet. The total time I spent in the salon was 4 hours. I focused the master's attention on a poorly done job, she apologized, but in the end she didn't even offer a discount, I asked if I could make a rub with a compliment, she agreed. I was initially not ready to redo my manicure there, because I was very tired in 4 hours, and there were still things for the day, I thought I would do it elsewhere, but after leaving the salon I realized that I did not want to overpay to fix the work (I paid 125 rubles for everything), so I wrote on Instagram and she asked me to hand over another experienced craftsman the next day. I had 6 nails redone in 2 hours, in the process cutting me with a milling cutter and pouring nail polish on the cuticle of my thumb. By the way, when I mentioned that the first master's hands were shaking, they told me that she had osteoarthritis and tremors because of it. I understand everything, I feel sorry for her as a person, but it's very strange to hear this in justification. It's like being a blind sniper. In general, there are many questions about this place, that even EXPERIENCED craftsmen make such mistakes.
