Good day to those who read my little impression of this store 👋
A store selling supposedly high-quality European products, but made in China.) The quality of the products is appropriate, after five months of socks (not every day, twice a week) and the most careful use, some kind of divorces begin to appear, which are seen by others, but not in the store. And after a while, something may just fall out) (in my case, mother of pearl)) and of course, the store immediately politely hints at your guilt in this, But since they will not be able to determine exactly, they will give it to their jeweler.
Conclusion in the spirit of "it's your own fault" 👍👍👍
On our own initiative, we take the products to another workshop and get the opposite conclusion and advice not to waste nerves and time on such "good" products.
The attitude of the staff is excellent, as long as you are a trouble-free buyer. And as soon as there are questions about quality, they are stubbornly not seen, with the words "this is how it should be" or "well, you probably did something here yourself"
JUST WOW❤
And since it was also a birthday present, it's all doubly insulting.
Thank you I'M for the "high-quality product and service" 🤗 I hope I won't have to contact you anymore. I advise you to do the same 🤝

I want to warn everyone who wants to make a purchase in this store. It was supposed to be a dear birthday present from my loved one. At the time of purchase of the ring, the consultants were polite and assured that the product would last a long time if used correctly. But after 5 months the problems started. Some kind of transparent layer began to come off the product, the origin of which no one in the store could really tell. And no one saw the problem on the product at close range, making fools of customers. The ring was not given to an expert for inspection, it was looked at only by the administrator, who has no qualifications and is not a master of jewelry. A month later, a chip appeared in the mother-of-pearl. They took it back to the store, where the first thing they began to hint at was that they had hit the ring somewhere. They took the jeweler for inspection, who issued a piece of paper about the "mechanical damage" after examination with a microscope. After that, they were taken to another jewelry workshop, where the master said that using a microscope it was impossible to determine the origin of the chip. Therefore, if you want to get a low-quality product that is "not for daily wear" and get the answer that "it's your own fault", then buy the product at the I'M store. I do not advise anyone to get a ring as a gift, which will fall into disrepair as the cheapest costume jewelry for a couple of rubles.
