We waited for the order for 20 minutes, but there weren't too many people. When, after 20 minutes, I came to ask what was going on and whether my order had been processed at all, it turned out that he had been standing on the bar for 10 minutes, but for some unknown reason no one bothered to press the button to display my order number on the screen above. The food was cold, so I had to ask them to warm it up. My double grand cheeseburger looked like out of all the 20 minutes I was waiting, the entire restaurant staff was conferring about how to make this particular burger in the most miserable way in the history of the franchise. That's so that with a breeze, so that a person is taken aback, so that he never recovers. And of course, the team succeeded in this.
And you can experience a very authentic backroom experience in the toilets, but I'm already finding fault with that (no, they're actually terrible).

On November 04, 2023, I took a takeaway at this outlet. french fries were put cold. I took 2 shrimps for 10 pcs . There were 10 in one box, 9 in the other. I couldn't get through to the support service. no one picks up the phone. by the way, the taste of shrimp has also changed. for the worse.

I did not have a chance to visit this cafe in person, for a simple reason - at that time the family was not nearby. But judging by the abundance of visitors, this place is very popular. The facade is very beautifully decorated. There is an interesting playground. Always full of babies. Honestly, I'm very sorry that I never intended to visit here with my children. From the outside, it seems to be a very cozy, stylish and modern cafe. Still, I recommend visiting this particular cafe in this city.
