No one contacts us, we call Anastasia again. She no longer remembers about our case, and again responds with vague phrases. We ask what the new deadlines are. He says until Wednesday. We are clarifying whether this is for sure before Wednesday. The answer is, let's hope so.
"Let's hope" is the motto of a company consisting of unskilled craftsmen and indifferent managers.
In addition, they dodge questions about the warranty, they can't connect two words about the repair process.
